Back of bag is nylon mesh fabric for extra comfort; fully lined interior; front flap closure with magnetic snaps; zippered pocket under front flap; backpack has three zippered sections; first zippered section has leather holders for iphone/blackberry, pens/pencils, business cards; second zippered section has zippered pocket, mesh pocket measuring 9.5 x 8.5 x 1 for ipad and padded section with velcro closure measuring 13.5 x 10x 1 that fits most 15 laptops; third zippered section for papers, files, books, etc.
